M&E Team Leader

Mô tả công việc:
To ensure M&E works is managed effectively & safety and meet the required specifications. Plans M&E works, supervisor and reports on progress.
• Assigns duties to M&E supervisors in possession of Project Department Manager’s agreements.
• Inspects the performance of M&E supervisor in his assigned projects.
• Follow the requirements of project Procedures, make a plan and set deadlines for the works in accordance with the Process Chart.
• Confirms with Project Department Manager then set the works, collects results, and reports to Project Department Manager.
• Coordinate with Deputy Project Manager regarding to M&E technical issues of assigned projects.
• Organize weekly meeting to inform company updated plan and procedure to M&E supervisor. Yêu cầu :
Số năm kinh nghiệm: 6 năm
Cấp bậc tối thiểu: Trưởng nhóm/Giám sát
Bằng cấp tối thiểu: Cử nhân

• Minimum 6 years experiences in supervising M&E works.
• University Degree – Bachelor’s in M&E Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Use of engineering and drafting instruments and related equipment.
• Good organization and planning, multi-tasking skills.
• Use graphic instructions, such as blueprints, schematic drawings, or other visual aids.
• Strong management and delegation abilities.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing all relevant work to meet deadlines.
Salary: 650 – 775 (subject to experience)
